HOMEMADE CAKES
Our pastry chef Lisa loves what she does – and you can taste it. With creativity and passion, she creates cakes, tarts, and tartlets that make every piece a little moment of happiness.
HOT & BLACK
What goes better with cake than a good coffee? Ours comes from beans from the small Puro roastery in Niederhausen – freshly brewed for you using a portafilter machine.
Or would you prefer a cup of tea? Our Samova teas from Hamburg are served in fine teapots – for true enjoyment and a little time out.
WINES
Our vines grow where the sun, climate, and soil create perfect conditions: on the Kaiserstuhl. For over 30 years, we have cultivated 25 hectares of vineyards ourselves – our grapes are pressed into distinctive wines and sparkling wines at the Bischoffingen-Endingen wine cooperative.
HOPS & MALT
Good beer, good people – that's why we rely on the Hirsch Brewery from Wurmlingen.
Whether Pilsner, wheat beer or shandy, all have a unique taste and are made from the finest ingredients.
LITTLE THINGS & CO
Discover our regionally inspired tapas – freshly prepared with the finest ingredients, served with our homemade bread.
For our tarte flambées, we use handmade toppings from the specialty bakery Daniel Jenne. We top them with fresh ingredients and lots of love.
COLD & FRESH
We also offer a wide range of homemade drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Whether sparkling, fruity-sweet, or refreshingly herby, there's something for every taste.
